Martin Jablonski

Martin Jablonski, Landmark’s managing broker, provides advisory, entitlement and development services to institutional and corporate clients, as well as individual investors. Clients rely on him to extract the value hidden in both traditional and non-traditional real estate. Jablonski’s “what if?” and “why not?” approach in conducting extensive entitlement and other pre-development work helps achieve a property’s highest value.   There is no more effective way to maximize real estate value than to work through the numerous entitlement challenges that are frequently posed by existing buildings and vacant land.

BACKGROUND

Jablonski has devoted his entire career to studying each of the disciplines of commercial real estate in order to learn how to provide solutions for complex property issues.  He had a long and successful career with the largest global commercial real estate company and has provided boutique advisory services with emphasis on entitlement and development related activities.

His work with high profile clients often demands careful consensus-building with government and concerned constituents to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of their real estate assets.  His clients include private developers, institutions, religious organizations, schools, school districts, the City of Chicago and several suburban governments.
